Our honey is produced in the Maple Creek area.  We are surrounded by fields of clover and alfalfa from spring to summer.  These flowers produce the light coloured honey that is unique to the Cypress Hills area.  In the late summer, these wildflowers produce a light, amber honey.  The flavour of the honey is light and subtle.
